Our Story
MacAI HK was founded in February 2026 with a simple observation: powerful AI models could now run locally on Apple Silicon, but the setup process was far too complex for most professionals.
We saw lawyers, designers, researchers, and small business owners who wanted to harness AI for their daily work but were held back by technical barriers -- command-line installations, model configuration, memory optimisation, and compatibility troubleshooting.
So we created MacAI HK to bridge that gap. We handle the technical complexity so professionals can focus on what matters most -- using AI to do their best work. Based in Hong Kong, we serve both local and international clients who value privacy, performance, and simplicity.

BYOM AI Upgrade Service
Bring Your Own Mac -- we install, configure, and optimise an AI suite tailored to your existing Apple Silicon hardware. Available in-person in Hong Kong or via secure remote access anywhere in the world.
Ongoing Support & Training
Monthly support plans, quarterly model update subscriptions, custom AI development, and hands-on training sessions to keep your AI toolkit current and your skills sharp.
